Thank you for shopping at Liberty Distributors. If you need information regarding when your order will ship, estimated delivery dates, shipping holidays or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Shipping Options and Rates

We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Orders should be placed by 10AM EST for quickest delivery*. Orders placed after 10AM will require an additional day for processing. All orders ship complete unless otherwise requested. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.


Shipping Holidays

Liberty, UPS or FedEx do not ship or deliver on the following Holidays. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day


Shipping Estimates

Liberty uses UPS or FedEx service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing* and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please mark authorization number on return package. To receive an authorization number please contact us at 1-800-828-9920

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



Restocking fees may apply on non-stock items.
